    Chicken Soup Peas-without Flour We all like to prepare peas, but in the easiest and healthiest way possible. When I want to make pea-like soup, I always prepare it like this and believe that this meal is very light. It is easy to digest, and the preparation is very tasty, very dietary and, importantly, gluten-free. I believe that many will like this recipe of mine. Follow recipe. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into a deeper pan and wait for it to heat up a little over a moderate heat, add chopped onion and fry it for about a minute until it gets a glassy appearance, immediately add 1 teaspoon of dry spice then add one chopped potato and add a little water (about 100 ml), leave to simmer for 7-8 minutes and add the same amount of water until the potatoes are soft (about 20 minutes). When the potatoes have softened, blend it all together with the onion into a mushy mixture. Then add the peeled chicken in pieces, chopped carrots and chopped remaining potatoes. Add water as needed, enough to cover the meat, cover the pot and leave for about 10-15 minutes to simmer. After the allotted time, add the peas, stir and add water as needed, cover the pot again and let it cook on a moderately low heat for about 40 minutes. During this time, mix cornstarch with a little water (100 ml) so that the mixture is free of lumps.
